This section includes guides, examples, and templates of Standard Operating Procedures and Continuity of Operations Plans that could be used to document Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program practices. The National Veterans’ Technical Assistance Center and the U.S. Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Services do not endorse any particular document as required or prescriptive. These documents were collected from service providers and are only intended as references to help Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program grant recipients develop forms and tools that will serve the needs of their program.
