Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a technique to faster career engagement for veterans who may be ambivalent in their engagement with the career development process. It is a trauma-informed approach that uses supportive language, exploration, and planning methods to cultivate motivation and engagement in the process of change.
